Drive for people
who drove first

We have been running this fleet since 2012. We know what a bad dispatcher costs you, what a broken APU costs you, and what a missed weekend costs you. We built the job around that.

Why our drivers stay

The things that actually make a week bearable

Home time we honour

OTR runs 2–3 weeks out with guaranteed reset at home. Regional gets you home weekly. If we promise a date, dispatch plans the load around it instead of asking you to cover “just one more.”

A dispatcher, not a call centre

You get one dispatcher who knows your name, your truck, and your preferences. After hours there is a real person on the phone, not a voicemail box that gets checked Monday.

Equipment you are not fighting

2022 and newer tractors, APU-equipped, inverters and fridges fitted. Breakdowns get a tow and a hotel, not a lecture about your log.

No forced dispatch games

You can turn down a load without it quietly costing you miles for the next month. We would rather you said no than ran something you were not comfortable with.

Detention that gets paid

Detention starts after two hours and we bill it whether or not the customer wants to pay it. Layover and breakdown pay are on the pay sheet, not at a manager's discretion.

Paperwork that is not your problem

Scan from the cab. No hunting for a truck-stop fax machine, no settlement held up because an envelope is in the mail.

Pay & benefits

What you take home

Hiring requirements

What we need to see

If you miss one of these, call us anyway. Some are firm, some depend on the rest of your record.

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 21 or older for interstate routes
  • Current DOT medical certificate
  • Acceptable MVR and PSP report
  • No positive DOT test or refusal in the last 3 years
  • Clearinghouse query must come back clear
  • Three years of verifiable work history
Recent CDL school graduate? Apply anyway. We run a paid finishing programme with a trainer, and several of our senior drivers started in it.

How hiring works

  1. You apply online

About ten minutes. It saves as you go.

  2. A recruiter calls, usually same day

Real questions about routes, home time, and pay — not a script.

  3. We check MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse

With your written authorisation. Usually back within 48 hours.

  4. Verification and offer

We contact your last three years of employers, then put an offer in writing.

  5. Orientation

Two days, paid, travel covered. You leave in a truck.

Common questions

Before you apply

How long does the application take?
About ten minutes. It saves itself on your device as you type, so you can start it at a truck stop and finish it at home without losing anything.
Do I need to send my SSN through the website?
No. The online application never asks for it. If you move forward, we collect it through our secure onboarding system — never by email or web form.
I have an accident on my record. Should I bother?
Yes. We look at the whole record, not one line of it. Tell us what happened on the application — we pull your MVR and PSP anyway, and an honest answer with context almost never costs someone the job. An unexplained surprise does.
Can I bring a rider or a pet?
Yes to both, with a signed rider agreement. No extra charge and no pet deposit.
What if I am still under a non-compete or notice period?
Tell your recruiter. We can time orientation around a notice period, and we do not ask anyone to walk out on an employer without notice.

Ready when you are

Ten minutes now, a call back usually the same day.
